Spin Pollo is well-known for its menu highlights, and the standout Lomo Saltado is nothing short of a culinary delight. This classic Peruvian stir-fry combines tender sirloin steak strips sautéed with fresh tomatoes, onions, and a tangy vinegar-based sauce, all perfectly mixed with crispy potato fries and served over fluffy white rice. The dish is a harmonious blend of textures and flavors, balancing savory, tangy, and slightly smoky notes that dance on the palate with every bite.
If you’re craving something hearty and packed with comforting richness, their Quarter Chicken with Yucca Fries and Mac and Cheese is a winning choice. The rotisserie chicken is flawlessly seasoned and roasted, boasting juicy, tender meat with beautifully crispy skin. Paired with golden yucca fries that satisfy any craving for something crispy and the creamy indulgence of mac and cheese, this dish is a perfect trio of flavors and textures. For fans of Peruvian snacks, the Papa Rellena and Yuquita Balls offer flavorful, crispy pockets stuffed with savory fillings — ideal as starters or shareable bites.
Spin Pollo’s sandwiches also deserve special mention, especially the Chicken & Cheese 8" Sub, where rotisserie chicken meets melted provolone cheese, crisp veggies, and a hint of mayo, all bundled into a fresh sub roll. Served with your choice of fries or yuca, it’s a satisfying and hearty option for those seeking portable comfort food with a Peruvian twist.
The drink menu complements the food beautifully with traditional choices like Horchata and Chicha Morada — sweet, refreshing beverages bursting with subtle, fruity notes that perfectly balance the savory richness of the meals. The natural juices, including the popular mango and passion fruit blends, provide a tropical burst of flavor that's both invigorating and authentic.

We ordered two family dinners plus wings and various sides for take home dining. Ordering through the website was easy and convenient. The order was ready on time and my grandson who picked up the order noticed that the restaurant was very busy. The food was hot and delicious. My younger grandkids loved the mac and cheese and the fries. Spin Pollo is now in cur rotation for family night take out dinners.
I've been here twice just wanting to try something different and I personally enjoyed the Arroz Chaufa. I love the different flavors, the fact you can get Chicken or Beef, or mix it and have chicken, beef and pork in it. The Mango and Passion Fruit drinks are delicious but I definitely like them better when the two drinks at mixed. This is a chill little space for when you want to enjoy a nice little lunch or dinner. The portion of the Arroz Chaufa is plenty full so be prepared to have a nice container full. Spin Pollo is next to plenty of stores and other restaurants as well. The shopping center has plenty of parking and also had seating outside just in case you want to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air while eating. Also, one of the best plus shoes to going here is the bathroom is clean. The only downside I have is just to add toilet seat covers.
Quick service and absolutely great food. A hidden gem and I went here on a friends recommendation. I had the burrito which had more than enough chicken.
Literally the best chicken sandwich I’ve had in all of NOVA/DMV. The steak n cheese is really good too. Thank you my new favorite place!!!
Since this place just opened we wanted to try as much as we could. The chicken was perfect, fries were alright but lacked flavor, and pasta salad was like what you'd buy at Giant. Decided to get adventurous and try out the Spin Salchipapas. If you've ever had a hot dog and fries you get the idea. It was hands down one of the worst things I've ever eaten. Everything else though, was awesome. Staff was amazing, food was great, and timely. Not sure I'd make it a regular place, but would never turn it down.
A large, delicious, moist chicken breast with two sides (yucca fries and mac and cheese) very reasonably priced at $12.25. I'm a member of their free rewards program, so I used my birthday coupon for an additional $10 off. I got there before noon, so there was no problem getting a table.
- food was fresh and had really good flavor, chicken was tinder and perfectly seasoned. The mashed potatoes were really good only wish I had asked for extra gravy, and the Mac and cheese was nice and cheesey. - green sauce was just a little spicy with a nice cucumber taste. Yellow sauce taste like a paprika and mayonnaise type of sauce and the white one taste almost like a ranch with different spices. All really good. - staff were friendly. - service was quick considering how busy they were. Staff did seem a bit disorganized a little with a few orders But all got fixed. - place was clean and organized. - seating is a bit limited depending how busy they are. - plenty of parking in this area. - prices not too bad but you do get a decent amount of food for the price. - they even sell popsicles. - overall a good first experience and I'd recommend this location.
20220518 Employees were nice, but service is real slow. I was 2nd customer to order and the first set of customers, 2 people, were already sitting down when I walked into the restaurant. There were plenty of cooked chickens in the case, and several employees working behind the counter. The sides were ready to go. Not sure why the sloooooow pace. They are opened for about 2 months. Maybe they need to learn about the DC fast pace. while waiting, I got to look around and take some pictures. I ordered a hald chicken dark meat with rice and beans to go for $16 + 15% tips. All the way home, I was smelling the aroma of this yummy meal in my cat. The rice had chicken pieces in it, and it was delicious!! Reminded me a little of fried rice. The beans were just beans but good. The chicken was delicious. It has a nice smokey flavor and seasoning. My finicky pup liked the chicken.
